Went to georges from 1972-1980 with zoran and wayne. What memories, don't know where to start. The teachers, playing marbles in the summer, making snowmen in the school field in winter and of course the whole period, flairs, long hair, six million dollarman and yes wayne, chewits.

I often think back to my times at George Tomlinson School - I attended both the infant and middle school, leaving in the summer of 1982. I have very fond memories of Mr Franklin - I remember him being slim and very tall, and he rode a cycle. I also remember Ms Hairy, Mr Wallace, Ms King and Mr Thomas the head master. I loved being at this school. I wonder what became of the teachers, especially Mr Franklin, whom I remember so well - he was a really fun teacher.

Hello all. I attended George Tomlinson between 1980 -1988. The best school, on the Planet. Still remeber all the teachers from Mr Price, Mr Maxwell, Miss Last, Miss Barret, Mrs Parmer, Mrs Gill, Mrs Barret, Mrs Morgan (spoke French). Steve the caretaker and his Bulldog, Miss Noakes, Mrs Hairey, Miss Mclean, Mrs Rai, Mrs Bashford. And all the rest. All my brothers and sisters all attended and we all turned out respectable citizens...Also remeber the Southall Area Sports and also the assemblies and all the Harvest day collections of food. Also..The GT Wall.

Hello again, good to see that there are more ex pupils of this amazing school commenting on the guest book. Clive Wyeth, I attended George Tomilinson from 84 - 92 & i do have a photo of some of the teachers. The photo was taken in the early 80's by my brother who also attended the school way before i did. In the photo there is Mr Maxwell- he never seems to age, Mrs Barratt, Ms Last, Ms Morgan, Ms Mclean ( she was a tough one to deal with ) and two more teachers whom i'm not sure of. All the best

hi to all, i attended Three Bridges from 1984 - 1992 when it was George Tomlinson . There was a picture of Mr George Tomlinson hanging next to the office of the the school secretary Jenny Bashford. All of my siblings attended the school and all left with great education and fond memories. Glad to see John Maxwell still going strong...by the way 'sir' do you still drive your datsun ferarri??? My first teacher was Mrs Parmer in the reception class(1984) and i completed my education with Mrs Barrett as my form teacher(1992). I was in the Wright house and i remember the others as Campbell, Drake and Scott, why were they so called by these names? Must admit that Mrs Hayreh scared the s%%t out of me and many others, however, all the teachers, dinner ladies-as they were known then and medical staff - Mrs Benson, Miss Body and Pat Beale (husband is Ian Beale - no joke) were all amazing. I do like a good cup of Tea and a supply teacher Mrs Eggmore who lived on Glade Lane in the cottages told us ''always leave your tea bag in the cup when drinking it as the tea tastes much better'' - she was right but do remember to change the Tea bag!!!!!

Hello and warm greetings to all. My name is Zoran and i attended George Tomlinson Fist and Middle School from 1972 until 1980. I have some very fond memories of my school days and visited the school today after 28 years! I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Burdett who kindly showed me around and Mr Maxwell. Also it was great to meet again Mrs Osborne, who was Miss Noakes in my day and is the only teacher at the school since i was a student there. I was very impressed at how well the school is doing and how things have changed. Keep up the good work, warm regards to all, Zoran

Hey everyone. I left 3 bridges in 98. My final year teachers were Mrs. Osbourne and Mrs. Radcliffe. There were some great teachers in 3 bridges, and the school plays were pretty awesome too. If anyone knows if they have the recordings from them please let me know. School dinner was good, playground was good, except for the fact that football was banned during breaktimes, so we had to play handball. ANy way I luv this school and will always remember the good times.
| Rohith S Katbamna | 21 March 2007 00:00:00 |
Talk about nostalgia... My final year of education at the school was 1996/1997, when I left for Cranford Community College. I came to the school when it was called George Tomlinson... Mr Price was the headteacher... Ms. Stone... Ms. Rogers... Ms Osborne... Mr Maxwell... were just a few of the teachers I had the honour to be taught by... oh and Ms. Bashford - what a warm smile!
| sunnie | 17 March 2007 00:00:00 |

Well well well :D Its been so long! :D I left in 1999, used to be in the football team and do all that athletics stuff :D Mr Maxwell is a name i will never forget :D Hope he hasnt forgot me :( he was a superb football coach! and a great support at sports day. The MARS run thing that was ace :D I'm now at Swansea University studying Physics. I got 3 C's at A-level in Maths, Physics and Economics. Couldn't be where I am today without all the help I got in maths from Mr Price! Its a shame hes not there anymore. Oh and if you dont remember me surly you will remember my sister, Jodie Lancaster. Seems like yesterday running arround a football pitch with my three bridges top on :)
| Claire Marshall | 14 January 2007 00:00:00 |
Hello I left Three Bridges in 1999 and am going to go to university next year, I think I only know Mr Maxwell, Mrs Bashford, Mrs Earl and Mrs Osbourne because everyone else has left! I was wondering what happened to Rob Seymour; the caretaker? Hope he is okay, my mum Dee Marshall (who was the chair governor here) was asking about him. My brother David and my sisters Joanne and Helen did their work experience here too. And I came back a little while ago to the school disco, it was exactly like the school discos were like when I was there. It was quite nice that it hadn't changed so much. I want to come back!
| Seema Odedra | 10 January 2007 00:00:00 |
Hi three bridges, I left in 1999, a lonnnng time ago. I was taking a look at some of the pictures of the school and it brought back some fun memories, ah the good times!!! I think most of the teachers that were there when I was must have left by now such as ms Radcliff 6R, n ms Handley (she had the cutest little girls, i guess they've grown up now) and ms Hayreh ( when I was little she told me she wanted to kidnap me, needless to say I used to run from her) and many more. But I see Mr Maxwell is still going strong, I remember the early morning cross country run and the all important MARS BAR RACE. I 've finished my A'levels and am taking a gap year before I start university hopefully i'll go on to become a physiotherapist. If u remember me contact me I'd love to know how everyones getting on.

| Amreen Magre | 23 November 2006 00:00:00 |
Hi, i left three bridges in july 2000. i was in Mrs Osborne's class (6O). miss all my teachers and Mr Maxwell's popmobility (with the tiring arm exercises),i remember Miss Handly as the P.E teacher and Mr Lee as maths teacher. nice to read that a few of my old teachers are still there- i thought Mrs Osborne's subject was geography. i hope the reuniting in 2020 for the millenium time capsule, in which we recorded our voice on tape with a little information about ourselves, is still going ahead. it would be nice to see old friends again...hope the best for everyone in the future.

Hello to everybody at Three Bridges Primary and beyond. I am a former pupil and only recently discovered the dedicated website. My first memories of the school span back to the days in which the school was known as George Tomlinson First and Middle Scool so quite some time ago. My attendance stretched from September 1986 to July 1993. Many thanks to all of the teaching and support staff that contributed to the foundation of my education including, but not exclusively to Mr Maxwell (thank you for popmobility, one of the first attempts to reduce child obesity ), Mr Price (always remembered for Birthday Assembly), Miss Thain (for encouraging our creative writing and paper marbling), Miss Body and Miss Benson (for all our medical room trips) and Mrs Jassal (for the many attempts at an all inclusive Divali celebration).

I want to Thank Ms Palmer Jones for making my son feel so enthusiastic about being at school this year and making him feel proud of himself. Thanks
| Kealy | 30 August 2006 00:00:00 |
I know i left the school in July 2000 but i was just checking up because it would be nice to do a ten year reunion. for 6O and 6L ... i want to thank all the staff that taught me and all the staff who did extra help and stuff like that... last year(2005) i came to watch Ceasar and it just brought back memories of when i did it, i still knew all the words...lol... and Demi thought it was weird for her coming back. i was worried that teachers wouldn't remember me, 'cos they teach so many pupils over the years. well i saw Mrs Hayreh a couple of weeks ago. i couldn't believe that she regonised me.... i just really want to have a reunion and see what everyones up to. I have just one Question. to the staff.... the time capsules we buried in 2000, when are they gonna be unburied because i've heard rumours of it being dug up in 2010?? well thanks
